Program in Focus – SAKSHAM- ENTREPRENEUR PROGRAM

Appeal to BFSI Corporates to support the program with their CSR FUNDS

By Sunny Shukla, MD, Confluence Group

Due to the pandemic, many employees in the financial services sector and other industries have lost their jobs. Even as the economy is shrinking, organizations are facing revenue challenges. In these tough times, we appeal to corporates to assist by supporting us in creating new Entrepreneurs. Any individual who has lost her job, willing to start her own business of financial product distribution, should be eligible to apply for the Saksham Program.

Our JFY SCHOOL OF SKILLS GET-SET-GO PROGRAM provides a Digital Hiring and Training platform, which can source candidates who have lost their jobs. The objective is to train them in product, sales, soft skills, regulations, entrepreneurship, and assist them in setting up their own financial intermediary business. We also have the ability to provide the youth with a technology platform to sustain and grow their business with mentoring and handholding.

So, there is an opportunity for corporates to step in and use their CSR FUNDS support by skilling the youth and make them self-sustained for the future. We will also address the big gap is getting more and more knowledgeable independent financial intermediaries to help the citizen to save/protect her future.

If you are keen to partner with us, please feel free to contact me or my colleague by mail @ s.nair@jobsforyouth.in or call him at 89286 25393. Look forward to your support.
