Designing Policies & Procedures
The services includes designing and implementing the following policies and procedures:
- Recruitment and selection process (actual recruitment will not be part of this agreement, that would be conducted by CCIPL separately as per existing SLA)
- Joining and On boarding – Confirmation-Exit processes
- Induction manual
- Staff policies (Travel, Mobile, leave, attendance, harassment etc)
- HR Audit – Employee files, data compilation, reports, MIS
- Performance management – goal setting, defining KRA/KPI, tracking process
- Salary process, compensation and benefit structure
- Organisation structure, grading system, Job description etc
