    The services includes designing and implementing the following policies and procedures:

    • Recruitment and selection process (actual recruitment will not be part of this agreement, that would be conducted by CCIPL separately as per existing SLA)
    • Joining and On boarding – Confirmation-Exit processes
    • Induction manual
    • Staff policies (Travel, Mobile, leave, attendance, harassment etc)
    • HR Audit – Employee files, data compilation, reports, MIS
    • Performance management – goal setting, defining KRA/KPI, tracking process
    • Salary process, compensation and benefit structure
    • Organisation structure, grading system, Job description etc
