With over 23 years work experience across ANZ Grindlays Bank, Bank of America, HDFC Bank in the Training department. From April 2007, started conducting trainings on his own. His areas of training specialization include Management Development / Customer Care / Retail Banking. He is an Internationally Certified Faculty for Customer Care Programmes.
